DESIGNER'S GREENPORT HOUSE

 

This 1920s Dutch Colonial in the village of Greenport on the North Fork of Long Island is the personal residence of Roric Tobin, his husband Justin Concannon and their beloved Gretchen.  Tobin and Concannon striped the original portion of the house down to all its original details and meticulously renovated them.  The back family room and primary suite were added on to the rear of the home and a picturesque pool was put in.  The home is a wonderful exhibition space for their art collection, formed over many years to galleries and art fairs around the world.
