With a great deal of new inventory coming online in Charlotte, the developer sought to elevate and differentiate their building from competitors. Because of our reputation for forming and placing art collections, Roric Tobin Designs was selected to design the lobby, amenity spaces and model apartments for this 220 unit development. Starting with a Warhol in the lobby, the theme of Pop Art carried throughout –ideal for the target of millennial professionals in the booming tech and finance sectors that are relocating to Charlotte.
